Member of the Great Britain Cycling team since 2004, winning gold medals at three consecutive Olympic games as well as six world titles. Have a strong interest in personal development and human performance, and have co-founded PursuitLine - a performance consultancy company, working with my long-term mentor. I continue to work with British Cycling with their Research and Innovation team, as well as consulting with GBR Triathlon. I am passionate about cycling in all forms; it's a privilege to represent CAMS as their brand ambassador who help cyclists who have been involved in road traffic accidents.
