- Design and execute long-term strategy to implement new technology across 1.9K+ stores and distribution centers. o Ensure successful technology implementations by serving as main point of contact for all locations.
- Manage all financial planning for implementation strategy; develop budget to ensure all hardware, software, and vendor needs are fulfilled. Proactively forecast financial impact of new technology to determine return on.
- Provide thought leadership to executive team to accelerate project, delivering weekly presentations on implementation roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors that enable engineering team to successfully navigate supply chain shortages while generating savings on new hardware.
- Advance enterprise-wide employee recruitment and retention goals by serving on multiple task forces focused on hiring, professional development, and equity, diversity, & inclusion initiatives.
