Current• Leading company-wide network transformation, piloting shift from vendor proprietary solutions to white box hardware and open-source technology.• Design and execute long-term strategy to implement new technology across 1.9K+ stores and distribution centers. o Ensure successful technology implementations by serving as main point of contact for all locations during ongoing rollout; continuously coach software engineers on opportunities for performance improvement. • Manage all financial planning for implementation strategy; develop budget to ensure all hardware, software, and vendor needs are fulfilled. Proactively forecast financial impact of new technology to determine return on investment.• Provide thought leadership to executive team to accelerate project, delivering weekly presentations on implementation roadmaps, timelines, and budgets. • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors that enable engineering team to successfully navigate supply chain shortages while generating savings on new hardware.• Advance enterprise-wide employee recruitment and retention goals by serving on multiple task forces focused on hiring, professional development, and equity, diversity, & inclusion initiatives.
