I am the founder and managing partner of Conexus Law, a fast-growing boutique law firm advising clients working at the intersection of the built environment, technology and people. I’ve been a partner in top 20 law firms, DLA Piper and Bird & Bird, where I developed my expertise in critical IT infrastructure projects, engineering, procurement and construction. I was a lead lawyer on the London 2012 Olympic Park and have worked on other major projects for the likes of Blackstone, Selfridges, Savoy Group, as well as projects in rail, energy, defence, public sector regen and housing.Project scale, size and complexity of projects is no challenge to us. The largest project I’ve personally advised on had a £12 billion deal value.Alongside leading the firm and its growth, I’m lead adviser to our Data Centre clients. We work with many of the global DC developers, operators and end-users, helping them to deliver £x00 million-value projects globally. We’ve advised on hyperscale size projects in all the FLAP+D markets, plus many emerging European markets (Madrid, Milan and Reykjavik) and Asia and Middle East (Singapore, Osaka, Mumbai, Tel Aviv). With my team of directors, I’m building Conexus Law based on the ‘New Law’ model. I believed there was a new way to deliver law so set about building it.
