As the Applications Architect, my responsibilities included developing automated solutions to solve business problems that affect multiple systems; gather, evaluate, and document requirements for system enhancements; document appropriate impacts to existing systems and resources; evaluate user requirements, problems, and concerns and provide timely feedback. Design automated and manual solutions to solve complex business problems; write detailed program and database specifications that effectively communicate both technical and user requirements; design test data and procedures to test all application functionality. Perform analysis and design across platforms and applications to meet client requirements. Ensured all applications requirements were documented and a course of action outlined. Develop designs that included recommendations on the appropriate technology to use for a given project.

I was a Technical Team lead on the 'Partnership Project'. I served as a team member on several focus areas for developing the agencies long-term strategy for future changes. I served as a subject matter expert on the refund match and setoff system. Coded and developed powerbuilder objects. Created detail design documents used to support coding assignments. I Conducted process and codes reviews. Analyzed general system design documents to determine the coding change needed, in order to create the detail design.
