Recent transaction highlights include working alongside Precinct Properties on the Commercial Bay project, including the early days of finalising the Development Agreement with Auckland Transport and Auckland Council, to first unlock the development. Commercial Bay is a transformational project for the Northern end of the Auckland CBD. In addition to the work undertaken at Commercial Bay, I also worked with the Goodman team as they transformed part of the Wynyard Precinct next to Fanshawe Street, through the development of the VXV Precinct. It has been hugely rewarding to work alongside teams who are committed to making that upfront investment, and to then watch as the projects come to life and achieve a truly transformational outcome for our City.
