RESPONSIBILITIES:• Mainly focuses in recruiting IT professionals and if necessary, work on non-technical positions.• Ensure the quality experience of professionals being endorse to different multinational client that we work on• Assess client’s requirements through self study and research, to be able to meet/exceed the core competencies of the position, and that were also a cultural fit within the organization.• Utilize different job portals such as Jobstreet, Monster, Linkedin, Facebook, ect. in sourcing potential candidates and posting concise and informative job openings.• Works closely with different IT and non IT roles such as from entry levels to managerial levels.• Use “Boolean Strings” effectively to source qualified candidates.• Conduct initial screening over the phone and face to face interview if necessarily.• Manage to close potential candidates for a “Project Based Employment” type through educating them the benefits of the set up.• Does salary negotiation on potential candidates.• Schedule candidates for an interview on the client’s end.• Deliver feedbacks to candidates regarding their application status.• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
