21 years of railway experience working on a variety of schemes which have given me exposure to differing project complexities. I am currently working on Hope Valley Capacity Increasement Project, and has previously been involved with West Coast Route Modernisation, Rugby Station Remodelling, Evergreen 3 upgrade and linespeed capcity Project, East Coast Main Line – Track Renewals, Hoylake to New Brighton blockade, Great Northern Great Eastern Project, Bromsgrove Electrification, Staffordshire Alliance S&C Trackworks, Leamington to Coventry Capacity Enhancements, Kenilworth to Leamington Integration, Cannock Linespeed Improvement, Bloxwich Footbridge and Level Crossing Closure, Walsall to Rugeley entry into service.Left the Aerospace industry back in 2002, then joined the railway as a Technical officer. Gained a vast amount of knowledge and developed many skills. Have an exceptional understanding of both plain line and S&C track renewals, I also have experience on Way beam bridge renewals. Have pride with my work and feel I am a valued member of the team. Enthusiastic initiative-taking person with very good critical thinking skills. Work well within a team environment, and have a fine eye for detail. Currently working as Track CRE & CEM for VolkerRail CP6 Panel framework, CEM experience gained in all disciplines. Member of the Permanent Way Institution and proceeding towards my engineering chartership.I have great ambitions and look forward to the next challenging project to assist with my career aspirations.
