Create and implement an international education program for the AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition. Program goals included outreach and education of key community-based constituents in the development of an HIV vaccine including BIPOC/POC, women, youth, PLHIV/AIDS, AIDS activists and communities who may participate in an HIV vaccine trial; Development of HIV vaccine educational materials targeting community constituents in HIV vaccine research; Represent vaccine research in broader the HIV/AIDS movement.

Oversee and manage staff, contracts and budget for the A&PI Wellness Center's Prevention Services Department. Programs included HIV prevention education and interventions targeting Asian & Pacific Islander gay/bisexual/men who have sex with men; transgender Asian & Pacific Islanders; Asian & Pacific Islander young people and youth; and Asian female sex workers. Participate in agency wide managerial and administrative teams. Represent Asian & Pacific Islanders in broader San Francisco HIV/AIDS movement.

Design and implement a research project to assess the status of HIV/AIDS in the Asian Pacific Minnesotan community.
