I am a level 3 qualified rugby coach, currently working as a Director of Rugby at Samuel Whitbread Academy. My main role is to lead the Rugby Development program for 6th Form students, giving them the opportunity to “live like a professional rugby player”, whilst completing their studies. I have also recently been named head coach of Bedford Athletic RFC. I’m extremely passionate about high performance coaching and building a positive team cultures with all the teams I work with. I am always looking to learn off other coaches and take on new ideas and I would be keen to meet coaches from other sports to share ideas and good practise.
