With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve delivered complex projects across sectors such as education, aged care, retail, residential, and commercial, working with global and national Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors in both the UK and Australia. During my time with a Main Contractor, I managed four delivery teams across six projects, gaining invaluable experience in large-scale project management and delivery.As a director of Brightway Commercial, I am now responsible for the design and delivery of our projects, driving our expansion into the commercial space. My focus is on providing high-quality solutions tailored to meet the exacting standards of our clients. I take pride in leading our teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution, from concept to handover.A strong communicator and team player, I am skilled at simplifying complex challenges and ensuring that both clients and teams are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.Outside of construction, I am an accomplished ocean yachtsman and RYA-certified instructor, having skippered 65 ft yachts across challenging waters like the Cape of Good Hope and the Atlantic Ocean, starting at the tender age of 17. I taught beginners utilising exceptional communication interpersonal skills, lesson planning to assist and encourage skill development throughout all the roles on the yacht including helming, navigating berthing, and sail handling.
