All of this information has to be collated into scheme closeout files & Health and safety files for each scheme.

Management and programming of term maintenance using Microsoft project. Management of direct labour and sub contractors including material procurement, health and safety, Site supervision and client liaison.Planning and distribution of works packages from concept through to completion of works, including cost and value reporting.

Setting out using EDM for placement of new bridge deck parapets. Supervision of contractors on site and liaison with resident engineers. Use of Microsoft project to formulate the Scheme/Section programmes. Monitoring and compliance of working programme and construction method being implemented on site. On-site sampling for slump/cube testing carried out.

Supervision of four junior planners, controlling 22 Grab lorries for collections of spoil from sites, delivery and control of backfill for electrical utilities works across the whole of London. I was brought in to reduce volumes of outstanding works and to reduce fines being implemented by local authorities regarding section 78 charges. In the two months in the position, I reduced the figures by over half and implemented procedures and controls to control the ongoing works.

Programming of telecoms works to meet client completion dates, Site Supervision of direct labour and sub contract labour.

As my role of reinstatement agent, I was in charge of programming the reinstatement works after civil work had been completed and general site supervision.In my role of assistant planner I was responsible for the programming of reactive and planned maintenance of civil and telecoms work within the time constraints given. While doing this role I gained experience using Microsoft project.Previously employed for 5 years as a Plant Operator and Ground-worker working on New Build sites and bulk excavation works
