• Design and created constructions set for several residential, landscape, hardscape and water features • Create physical models subject to client perception and/or exhibitions• Managed all aspects of plan submittals, and permit expediting with corresponding city departments

• Make Site Analysis and designs studies to present proposals for new projects.• Set up civil base map for grading, paving and drainage plan including detail sheets, constructions notes in AutoCAD Civil 3D to be able to start the design and drafting process.• Make grading calculations under the supervision of the Civil Engineer.• Drawing layout and assembly techniques through AutoCAD Civil 3D such as pipe and electricity sequence• Supervising the Drafting Department to make sure meet the submittals on- time. • Responsible for documents and correspondence tracking to ensure proper distribution and maintenance, Set-up and manage master logs of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, process and track all RFI's, RFC’s, ICA’s and Submittals.• Create AS-Built for different projects base on field changes , RFI’s, RFC’s and change orders.

* Do detail design of outside plant fiber feeder and distribution from hub to the customer point of entry. * Do field survey of existing facilities service box, hand hole including ducts, verify pole hieght and attachments and riser ducts.* Define and verify boundary for each hub assigned.* Do quality inspection of work performed (Mapping).
