As International Talent Acquisition Consultant I found the best people to join Cloudator in different countries in Europe. I was mainly looking for HCM consultants and people in sales positions. My responsibilities as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Altor covered a wide range of tasks. To name some: managing all the administrative tasks at the Helsinki office (coordination of different suppliers, invoicing, coordination of IT at the Helsinki office), regular executive assistant tasks, e.g. research, travel bookings and coordination of meetings.I also wrote a personnel handbook for Altor and coordinated different cross-border projects, e.g. a project regarding a document management system. I have also introduced new ideas and working methods to the company, especially admin related.During my time at Altor I learned to see the whole picture of a company's admin side and understand how all departments link together. While working with research and documentation, I have understood what Private Equity is about and it has been interesting to see the other side (after Roschier) of the transactions.

I started at Roschier as an assistant trainee in Helsinki. I was mainly a part of the marketing team for 1 1/2 years. During that time I assisted in different types of events and in producing marketing material. From January 2010 I worked At Roschier in Stockholm as an assistant and KM resource. My tasks included assisting the lawyers with documentation, invoicing, event planning and organizing etc. I worked as a knowledge management administrator at the Stockholm office and was a member of the software support team. The latter included for example keeping introductions in Outlook and Office programs to the newcomers, writing manuals and being a contact for the other staff when they needed help in different programs.During my time at Roschier I learned a lot about working culture in different countries, adaptation and communication skills.
