PE: current in NC, SC, VA, & GA, lapsed (quickly reinstatable): MD, DC, LA, NY, TN, and NCEES.LEED (c) Accredited Professional since 2006; Webmaster of local chapter of ASHRAE; US citizen.I am very experienced with computer modeling of building energy systems. I have specific experience in designing UFAD systems & Central Energy Plants, (new, renovations, and expansions). I am very computer literate, very capable with Word & Excel, Trane Trace & many other engineering software. All my past projects have used AutoCAD and several were coordinated with Revit.POSITION I AM LOOKING FOR: Senior Mechanical Engineer for a MEP or A/E firm. (NSPE Level "Engineer 5" growing into a 6).RELOCATION: I love living in the southeast: considering only NC, SC, FL, & VA (not DC metro), & only cities. I'm single, in an apartment, so I'm quite flexible about relocation timing. Recruiters: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING or SALES ENGINEER: I feel quite qualified and comfortable supporting marketing & sales staff, but don't want a position where my success is judged by getting new work. FACILITIES or OPERATIONS.
