FullCircle is an alternative peer group centered around the idea that young people will stop their self-destructive behavior only if they are offered an alternative that is both fun and fulfilling. We provide an outlet for teenagers to be themselves while gaining tools to achieve a sober foundation to build upon throughout their life. The goal of our approach is to allow a young person to remain true to themselves while improving their self-worth and interpersonal relationship skills. We work diligently to provide an atmosphere of caring, support, and fun and all our events, weekend social activities, and 12 step meetings for young people.

Since 2014, the mission of Gilbert Talks is to foster constructive community dialogue around issues of importance in Gilbert for purposes of enriching understanding, motivating engagement, and promoting effective policymaking. The founders of Gilbert Talks see a world of increasingly sharp divisions, entrenched positions, and harsh rhetoric. It is our belief that there is a better way. We think that community dialogue can and should bring us together, not drive us apart. Therefore, it is our goal to host a range of events aimed at doing just that. These issue-specific forums – Talks – will feature local, national, and international experts in a variety of areas engaging with Gilbert residents in interesting and innovative ways. Topics of conversation will touch on a broad range of important issues, such as growth, education, health care, technology, and economic development.

Responsible for NetApp’s overall global technical sales strategy with Fortune 100 accounts. Proactively delivered the account technical initiatives and oversee all technical activity (architecting, design, presentations, implementation, demonstrations, evaluations, etc.) while ensuring that the right expertise is applied where needed. Work very closely with NetApp’s global sales account teams to build and manage the strongest possible relationship with the company’s CIO, CTO, executive company technology architects and IT managers. Manage worldwide technical experts to provide best in class solutions for mission and business critical applications for data management, data high availability, data business continuity and data backup.

Elected to serve on the Town of Gilbert Council from 2011 - 2020. He has served as the Vice-Mayor and Councilmember. He also served as the President of Arizona Municipal Water Users Association, Chairman of the Maricopa Association of Government Domestic Violence Council, Board of Director of the MAG Economic Development Committee. Appointed by Governor Ducey to serve on the State of Arizona Information Technology Authorization Committee Board, Arizona Asian-American Coalition, volunteers for several charitable and non-profit organizations. Championed a diverse team to create a policy/resolution on “Civility” for the Town of Gilbert. Instrumental in the creation of the Town of Gilbert ENDVR (Ending Domestic Violence Responsibly) program.
