With more than two decades of Operational Management experience, I am a focused, inspired, and profitability-minded leader. I believe that building a foundation rooted in excellent customer service and keen optimization makes for a strong team, and strong operational performance. I worked my way up the corporate ladder, and as a Manager, my biggest ambition is to support the growth and training of a team; providing them with the skills and support necessary to succeed and advance in their own careers. My biggest strength is forecasting maximum profitability, and then managing the staff and operational flow to get us there. I’m currently looking to join a like-minded company and team where I can put my experience to work to improve operations, drive profits, and build a better business.
