Jordanian born and raised, currently based in Amsterdam. Graduated from my BSc in Economics & Business Economics from Utrecht University in June of 2022, with Honours. I'm set to begin my MSc in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam in September of 2024. Looking for opportunities in the fields of development economics, political economy, policy, human rights, NGOs, or any adjacent fields! Passionate about amplifying the voices of those who go unheard. Heavily interested in the fields of development economics, human development, political economy, political philosophy, globalisation, public policy, civil movements, and the intersection of politics with identity, with a particular affinity for public speaking and writing.Worked as a tutor of Intermediate Macroeconomics at AthenaStudies, and I've engaged in several extracurriculars throughout the three years of my BSc. These include being a member of the Utrecht School of Economics Honours Board, and serving as one of two selected student members of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at the Utrecht School of Economics alongside members of the faculty.
