I compile public house histories or both individual pubs or as a community. I have written the best selling 'Thirst for Freedom' on the role of pubs, publicans & bar staff in the fight for Irish independence. I have also written books on the unique histories of The Stags Head, the Vintage and Murphy's of Rathmines.
