Responsible for case review of an international team and formulation of strategies for resolution.Wrote the majority of training and ramping guides for RMS related technologies.On our Azure Mobility Pod pilot supported Azure Active Directory domain sync, mobile client connectivity and interoperability as well as Intune.On the Security Team dealt with malware and system intrusion Incident Response cases. This involved working with customers to identify malicious software and activity then assist them in recovery or mitigation. Attack analysis required reading many different system logs, using tools such as Process Monitor, Process Explorer and Autoruns, as well a specialized in-house forensic tools to identify issues. Also routinely read network traces to identify the source and type of traffic that is potentially malicious. This required a good working knowledge of the OS and security principles as well as network protocols. -
