My position focuses on assisting a Financial Advisor with managing his book of clients, ensuring new clients are guided smoothly through the new business application process, and identifying potential prospects and leads to pursue. I also strive to expand the Financial Advisor's marketing by sending approved letters and advertisements to prospects, and following up over the phone in order schedule to appointments.

Our company provides an online ordering platform for restaurants nationally and globally as well. As a customer service specialist, I provide restaurant owners/managers technical support with any questions or issues they face while using our software. I also create business review reports that analyze the restaurants yearly performance, and determine recommendations in order to enhance their online ordering platform and improve business.

As a resident assistant, I managed a residence hall of nearly 600 freshman students primarily ensuring that all policies were enforced. I also focused on helping these students transition into their collegiate careers by creating monthly programs that connected them with faculty and other resources on campus.
