Market Network Advisor –Mid-Atlantic Market Networks • Act as provider Network SME to provide contract team with product knowledge and periodically audit and correct market directory data as needed to ensure directory accuracy and troubleshoot ad-hoc data issue and provide data reports to enable insight of provider data quality rules, automated measurement / monitoring, issues management framework, operational dashboards, and predictive models for proactive data quality assessment and identification of improvement opportunities• Implement CMS Essential Community Provider review and filing by researching CMS ECP list against Cigna contracted providers and aggregated research result for CMS filing and correct and create ECP data as needed as well as recruiting new providers.• Assist Marke to identify providers error in ad-hoc project and engage provider IT team to systematically correct provider directory• Collaborate with market stakeholders to ensure data quality best practices are implemented across enterprise data assets• Perform various ad-hoc task by pulling and analyzing geo reports to provide insight to provider recruitment from the market in order to identify potential deficiency and meet adequacy requirement set forth by state regulator
