Served as the Project Officer and responsible for developing technical architectures, communications plans, scripting plan, synchronization plan, collections plan, and knowledge management plan. As Assist Training Officer, ensured all training was conducted in accordance with the latest Army doctrine to include doctrinally correct scenarios, orders, and OC/T activities. Supported all missions tasked by the Brigade and 2D Group Commander by ensuring synchronization internally and externally is done in an effective and timely manner. Responsibilities included managing the development, synchronization and execution of BCST exercises, ensuring the group is trained to execute its missions, and ensuring Soldiers are MOS qualified and progressing in OES/NCOES. Advised the Group Commander on all communications and automation matters affecting the unit and subordinate detachments. Worked as an Information Assurance Security Manager Level III responsible for the Information Assurance program of Information Systems within a network Focused on the enclave environment and support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software Information Assurance problems pertaining to the Computing Environment, Network Environment, and enclave environments. Responsible for developing, delivering, and integrating complex Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming Simulation Environments using the most current Army Battle Command Systems and Operational Knowledge Management Principles to provide both the Operating and Generating Force the ability to successfully conduct Full Spectrum Operations and Training. Additional duties include: Brigade IASO, Project Officer, and Group S4 and S6.
