Employer Liaison for Healthcare: Acts as liaison between the Institute, Management Team and members of the Advisory Council for projected related task and communications; coordinates events, meetings, status reporting and monitor's deliverable execution.-Coordinated with Vice President of the Institute; agenda for the Advisory Council on a quarterly basis to convey updated curriculum, changes in technology and addressed barriers to the management team.-Placement of Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant after graduation of the program, career counseling, assessment of suitability,and addressed concerns regarding employment obstacles. Employment Specialist (Recruiter): Liaison between employers and job seekers meeting business objectives by providing qualified applicants. Ensuring project goals are met according to Mayor's Office of Workforce Development policy and procedures with complete accountability.-Organized and administered all aspects of Career fairs and special events also coordinating with project manager on new procedures to ensure contract goals are met.-Responsible for recruitment and retention of Adult/Dislocated participants (in WIA Program) and collaborating with employers of manufacturing and other industries. Prescreen, testing and reviewing resumes to identify potential candidates effectively.
