An experienced Transport professional with a passion to prove Public Authority in-house operations can lead the industry. I managed the in-house fleet of 600 units with responsibility for specification and procurement of vehicles, plant and equipment. Our in-house workshop facility is IRTE 'Accredited Workshop Plus’ rated, and we have 100% first-time pass rate. We are a 'Ford Authorised Repairer', MoT Testing, classes IV, V & VII, a 'VOSA 'Authorised Test Facility', a VOSA Tachograph Calibration Centre, and a VOSA IVA test Centre. All of our staff are ‘irtec’ accredited technicians and the majority are also Michelin 'Licensed to Fit' technicians. We have a commercial paint booth on-site, along with a metal fabrication shop.Our workshop services are open to the public, and we provide contract maintenance facilities to our industry partners.I manage the technical side of 'Transport Services', a multi-million-pound business.
