Develops future evaluation initiatives, objectives, and opportunities through external relationships and agreements with industry, academia, and Joint/Army commands. Manages RHN network services, availability, and operations including DoDIN services and Tier 2 connectivity. Determines relevant evaluation projects, objectives, and priorities to inform operational units/commands, Cyber CoE, HQDA, Acquisition Programs, and BMC on DOTMLPF capability considerations. Represents the Cyber CoE at seminars, conferences, and briefings. Provides frequent high level informational and technical briefings.
