Key wins include securing the advertising rights for some of Australia's largest outdoor media contracts including Sydney Airport (2024 & 2015) and Sydney Trains (2021 & 2013). Responsible for bid strategy, pricing and financial due diligence. The wins grew market share considerably and set a platform for the business’ digital growth strategy.CPB Contractors (formerly Leighton Contractors and a member of the ASX50 CIMIC Group): Established new predictive analytics dashboards that provided forward indicators of project health to the MD & CFO. Projects included WestConnex, Sydney Metro, Victoria’s Level Crossing Removals and other major infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand.

The initiative reduced BSA’s operating cost base and promoted collaboration between business units.- Overhauled the way BSA funds its fleet capex (~500 tool of trade vehicles) allowing it to invest in new vehicles to standardise and replace its ageing fleet.
