Contracts valued range from $1m to $1b- Advising on the commercial viability and pricing of digital opportunities, major contract tenders and renewals with the Commercial Development Team. Includes the review of all revenue, capital and earnings forecasts- Project lead on Mergers & Acquisitions- Project lead on key Operations, Campaign Execution and Commercial objectives including the renewal of major supply contracts and the commissioning / decommissioning of major JCDecaux infrastructure. - Commercial advisory to C-suite and Executive Team as required - Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts- JCDecaux Diversity & Inclusion Committee member, Career and New Parents MentorKey achievements include:- Successfully renewed the Sydney Trains media license, one of Australia's biggest outdoor media contracts, with an expanded asset portfolio. The renewal drove significant digital revenue growth and earnings to JCD.- Led the contract renegotiation programme to reduce cost from the business during the 'Covid' years. The programme saw '9-figure' cost savings from 2020 - 2023

Promoted to the new role of Head of Operational Excellence and Risk reporting to the Deputy CEO.Operational Excellence - Responsible for driving operational productivity, cost efficiency, restructuring and innovation.Risk - Responsible for commercial risk. Includes commercial governance, risk management, contract mobilisation reviews and independent deep dive project reviews.Reason for leaving: Approached by the COO of JCDecaux Australia (APN Outdoor) to join the business in a commercial leadership role.Achievements include:- Established a new contracting governance and risk management framework that was tabled and approved by the Board. The new framework was implemented across the whole of the BSA Group and contributed significantly to the margin growth experienced post implementation (share price grew 36% from June 2018 to September 2019).- Consolidation of BSA’s property portfolio reducing the number of offices from 14 to 8, including consolidating the number of Melbourne offices from 4 to 1. The initiative reduced BSA’s operating cost base and promoted collaboration between business units.- Overhauled the way BSA funds its fleet capex (~500 tool of trade vehicles) allowing it to invest in new vehicles to standardise and replace its ageing fleet. The change reduced BSA’s future capex requirements by almost $6m pa, lowered its operating costs and also improved staff engagement and productivity.Reason for leaving: Limited career progression opportunities with BSA and was approached by the COO of JCDecaux to return to the newly merged business with APN Outdoor

Tabled insights and recommendations directly with MD, CFO and heads of procurement, project controls, treasury, pre-contracts and CPB business unit management teams.Partnered with project and business unit commercial and finance managers to optimise project productivity, cost reporting and forecasting.Developed new Predictive Analytics Dashboards and Risk & Opportunity reporting and forecasting and tabled findings direct with MD and CFO.Responsible for all budgeting and forecasting for the CPB group.Ownership of the quarter end reforecast and executive results presentations.Reason for leaving: Approached by the Deputy CEO of BSA to join the company in an operational leadership role.

Reporting into the Group CFO of the ASX listed group, Helloworld Limited, and led a full service finance team of 28 staff. Led all corporate finance functions including Group Finance, FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Finance Systems, Payroll and AP / AR.Responsible for the preparation and review of the Annual Report, Audit Committee Papers (also presented to the Audit Committee) and Investor Presentations.Responsible for all Group budgets and forecasts and presentation to executive team.Partnered with the CIO as the finance lead on Project Nexus (development of a new CRM platform for all retail agents).Led the resurrection and implementation of a new Group wide PCI compliance program (program was critically behind schedule when I assumed responsibility). Successfully reached compliance within budget and financier deadlines.Reason for leaving: Finance function was moving to Melbourne following the merger with AOT Group.

Approached by the Investment Director of the private equity owner, Quadrant Private Equity, to return to APN Outdoor to drive the sale of the business through IPO or trade sale (successfully listed on the ASX in 2014 and was regarded as one of the fastest and most successful listings that year):- One of the primary management contacts for all project parties involved including, Quadrant Private Equity, Executive team, Joint Lead Managers / Advisors, Legal advisors and investigating accountant.- Championed the completion all Financial Information and Management Discussion & Analysis in the Prospectus including full review and Q&A with joint lead managers / advisors and investigating accountant.- Responsible for the verification of all financial and non-financial statements and figures in the Prospectus from cover-to-cover including full review and Q&A with the legal advisors.- Led the completion of the IPO legal due diligence with the compliance lawyers including responding to all Q&A.- Primary contact to the investigating accountant to complete all financial due diligence matters.- Responding to Q&A from interested trade sale parties and IPO institutional investors.- Finance lead partnering with the COO on the Sydney Airport tender including being responsible for pricing and modelling (subsequently won by APN Outdoor).- Advising on the restructure of the finance team.Reason for leaving: Contract successfully completed

Reporting into the CFO of the private equity owned Force Corp and led a full service finance team of 12 staff.Successfully relocated / restructured the entire finance team from Brisbane to Sydney in 3 months.Successfully led working capital improvement and cost reduction programs.Reason for leaving: Approached by Quadrant Private Equity to return to APN Outdoor to lead the IPO.

Reporting into the CFO and led a finance team of 11 commercial finance staff including an outsourced shared service finance function of 100+ staff.Finance lead and partnered with the COO and GM Commercial on all commercial tenders including Sydney Trains, Sydney Buses, Perth Airport (all successfully won). Partnered with the CFO and COO with the sale of the business to Quadrant Private Equity and was responsible for all acquisition accounting.Partnered with the COO on 2 acquisitions. Responsible for pricing, due diligence and acquisition accounting.Member of the steering committee for the roll out of the new inventory, AP and financial reporting systems.Reason for leaving: No career progression opportunities available
