I am currently finishing up a rigorous online Intro to Information Technology course, where I have learned the basic fundamentals of IT and have done projects where I learn the basics of troubleshooting and installing software that companies use today. This course has helped me develop basic levels of IT support and in-depth knowledge of how to install and configure ticketing systems, and active directory domain services, all while leveraging cloud technology using Azure virtual machines to do these labs. I also am currently studying for my CompTIA A+ exam.Before my switch in careers, I worked as a construction planner and estimator where I developed a strong work ethic, provided quality service, developed better interpersonal communication skills, scheduled/met with clients, developed technical skills using CAD and Rhino 3d software, helped train incoming workers, and efficiently price projects. I helped with a lot of technical issues that the computers or printers had at the office, I was usually the one to fix these issues being the most knowledgeable with technology at the company.
