Conducted an in-depth analysis of machine learning and deep learning models on a comprehensive medical dataset of approximately 17,000 participants. Examined correlation matrix data derived from resting-state MRI images and identified significant correlation coefficients with DTI measurements. Gained expertise in utilizing Google Cloud and Docker to efficiently deploy and manage code containers, optimizing computational run-time. Additionally, developed expertise in Python machine learning libraries, including Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
