Manage target accounts to grow relationships and brands.Help educate clients/prospects on new and changing regulations. Encourage strategic partnerships and assist with preparation of request for proposals.Support corporate quality and continuous improvement processes with a commitment to one global standard of customer service excellence. Provide coaching for other TSMs for development of territories outside of mine.
