Part owner of a manufacturing company that produces roll-formed steel parts for the truck and garage door industry. Instrumental in designing and developing an insulated truck door for refrigerated tractor-trailer and truck applications. Currently working on developing sectional roll up doors for Amazon and GM electric vehicles.

Responsible for overseeing production of roll-formed steel parts, steel stampings, torsion springs and hardware assemblies.

Responsible for sustained product engineering and working with R & D on implementing new products into the market place. During my tenure, I assisted with the implementation of TorqueMaster counterbalance system for residential garage doors, Anti-Pinch WayneGard Door Models, Quick Install Track System and CE Designs for the European Market.

Responsible for testing all new products to ensure they met the design and market requirements prior to implementation. Also responsible for optimizing many designs to eliminate unnecessary cost to improve margins. During this tenure, I worked directly with the owner/CEO on developing a low cost insulated residential door (Foamcore). This door became Wayne-Dalton's most popular residential door model.
