I deal with all our customer accounts within the division and try to increase our customer base and sales . I also liaise with the suppliers to ensure we have good relations and the most competitive price and lead-times . Managing the Air /Welding unit at Gamma Hose LTd .Reporting to my General Manager and Directors personally , I was responsible for all day to day activities within my unit and responsible for the staff that i was in charge of . I would prioritise work loads to suit customer needs and I would plan work into production accordingly . I managed stock control , dispatches and I kept good relations with all customers .
