• Managed a portfolio of high growth venture backed technology companies in a variety of stages that range from pre-profit/pre-revenue to post IPO, representing various technology industries including: Software, Cloud-Computing, and other verticals. • Underwrote both new and existing deals with multiple equity and debt structures for clients with financing needs including: acquisition financing, term loans, revolvers, and many other credit facilities.• Perform comprehensive analysis of historical/ projected financial statements to assess client operational strengths and weaknesses including leverage, liquidity, earnings, cash flow and ability to service debt.• Partook in discussions with venture capitalists and entrepreneurs/founders to underwrite executive management and market position/industry trends.

• Completed Final Project that required drafting sections of the Underwriting Memo that included discussing a company’s industry, business, purpose for credit facility, & key risks/mitigates. • Completed Mid-Summer Project that required drafting a detailed overview of Commercial Banking, showcasing how the team fits into larger organization. Aided the Financial Analysts in many sections of the Credit Reports that included conducting intensive research on a company’s business model, management team & industry. • Revised and managed the contacts of Relationship Managers using a Microsoft Dynamics tool called Relationship View, projects including Merging RV Contacts and identifying CEO & Equivalents. • Accomplished optional Wells Fargo Credit Virtual Training that included courses on Business & Industry Analysis, Sources of Repayment and Risk Rating for Financial Analysts.

• Conducted intensive research on the Affordable Care Act, including information on targeted populations, marketing strategies, and government grants available for non-profit organizations in Bay Area. • Completed intensive research on the best burn centers in the country, including best practices and available equipment and the likelihood of procurement within burn center facilities. • Revised and edited motion to strike proposals for multiple attorneys across several cases. Researched articles through LexisNexis and relevant California legislation for ongoing cases. • Answered phones, directed client calls, and provided other administrative assistance as necessary.
