My specialist areas from that date have been Consumer Credit, MCOB, unfair contracts, hidden commissions, mortgage negligence, calculation under-payments and financial negligence through irresponsible lending. I am a practicing expert witness report writer. My qualifications include CeMap 1, 2, 3. To date I have written over 20,000 reports.Alongside the search for individuals, we may be able to help we are keen to partner up with a selection of professional firms to deal with calculation or report writing. We could either introduce you to a company or be instructed for a calculation to establish unfair treatment, loss, and negligence caused by irresponsible actions created by the lender or their authorised agents. We have developed our systems and controls over many years and would like the opportunity to work with new partners and help train within the financial marketplace. I assist with structuring and suitable evidence for breaches under the regulation and contracts for either audit report writers, solicitors, or other professionals who require my services.
