Manage ILS tasks performed under development and acquisition contracts and assists in developing cost estimates and spend plans.Participate in the development of a logistics integrated master schedule: evaluate contractual data submittals using earned value management systems; ensure deliverables conform to contract requirements; ensure key ILS documents meet user and contractual requirements.Plan for resource requirements (e.g., manpower, budgets, technical data, and equipment) to support asset systems throughout the lifecycle; collaborating with sustainment managers to plan and budget for support after deployment of products; ensure plans for system upgrades, modifications, resolution of diminishing manufacturing sources, and obsolescence are evaluated with respect for impact on ILS elements.Develop and implement logistics policies, plans, and programs tailored to the unique project.Plan for full lifecycle support of asset production including evaluating sources of repair, conducting market research, identification of sustainment solutions.Develop logistics support program objectives and requirements through participation with project integrated product teams and system contractors.

• Lead a team of Logisticians to ensure the accuracy and on-time submission of contract deliverable requirements for Littoral Combat Ships Integrated Logistics Support for over 60, 000 line items.• Manage and provide direct Program Control of Maintenance Analysis for Navy Maintenance Availability requirements to include budgeting, parts and material supply sourcing support, requisitioning, planning and material kitting scheme.• Oversee all Post-Delivery Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Integrated Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), and Item Unique Identification Markings (IUID) processes and procedures. • Provide direction for Damage Control configuration ship checks and shipboard system configuration validation and reporting of Configuration Data via Configuration Data Base Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) through Navy Data Environment (NDE). Ensure accurate system/equipment technical and configuration data is uploaded to Navy Ships Data Engineering Repository (NSDER).

• Participated in proposal or concept development efforts to ensure logistic supportability considerations are incorporated into engineering design and comply with contractual and government requirements. • Acted as liaison for Govt. customers regarding assigned logistics supportability/maintainability issues in technical, program reviews and team meetings. • Developed technical documentation, made revisions to existing documentation, provided input to technical papers or presentations, and delivered technical presentations. • Provided technical analyses to include Life Cycle Cost (LCC)/Total Ownership Cost (TOC) estimates; front-end and detailed supportability analyses and cost tradeoff studies to optimize system cost from concept phase through the design, development, acquisition, deployment and disposal phases.

• Managed logistics acquisitioning program for Navy Supply System (NAVSUP) Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Gulfport, MS.• Managed multi-level Department of Defense operational logistics support efforts for 10 deploying construction battalions ensuring complete logistics acquisition sustainability. • Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events eliminating waste; created integrated logistics support sustainment plans for newly designed Navy Construction Base Operational Expeditionary Logistics Million sq. ft. distribution center. • While assigned to 4 different Navy Ships as a Navy Supply Officer and during five Ship Planning Yard periods managed depot level U.S. Navy surface ships modernization and maintenance logistics products such as Logistics Management Information (LMI), Consolidated Shipboard Allowance Listing (COSAL), Provisioning Parts Lists, Design Change Notices (DCN), Ship Level Provisioning Parts List (SLPPL), and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD). • Collaborated with Port engineers and Ship’s Repair Officer to define and coordinate the upload of Ship Selected Record Data utilizing Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS). Items included: detailed drawings, provisioning documents, technical manuals and other vendor furnished information to determine repairable and replaceable equipment piece parts applicability at the system level.

• Lead customers and potential clients in functional capabilities of SAP ECC 6.0 in PM, MM, and PP modules as Supply Chain SME. Mapped and analyzed as-is business processes and provided should be process design for Supply Chain.
