Created, implemented and oversaw all development strategy and function for a 5th-12th grade private school in Westlake Village. This included an Annual Fund strategy, major gifts acquisition and portfolio management, overseeing all planning aspects of a Gala/Auction event that raised over $1M annually and the leadership of a team of 5 individuals. The Development strategy helped generate over $10M in revenue for the school with over 1500 gifts and over 1000 individual donors annually. Secured major gifts ranging from $25,000 to $500,000. Served as a member of the senior leadership team.

My work is centered around building relationships in the growing family of Valley Christian Schools. From Students and Parents, Teachers, Staff and Alumni, the community is large and diverse. I use social media strategies, consistent communication and personal connections to promote and advance the mission and programs of Valley Christian Schools.

Ensured quality membership management by establishing relationships and providing a high level of customer service. Oversaw all outside golf operations, planned and executed weekly and monthly events including tournaments, awards ceremonies, clinics and socials. Taught all aspects of the game of golf.
