Managed the intake, repair, and return of all vehicles in both the service center and mobile service team in the largest service center in the Midwest while supporting the delivery of all newly purchased vehicles. This role entailed leading 30 individuals including the shop supervisor, service advisors, service technicians, parts advisors, and vehicle readiness specialists in an everyday changing environment.

In this role I oversaw 5 locations, 40+ employees and a fleet of over 1.1K vehicles in the Southeast Chicagoland suburbs. Marketed to new business, grew, and managed current accounts, trained on the sales of the optional protection products, recaptured lost business, all while providing exceptional customer service. Organized regional fleet logistics of over 7K vehicles. Supervised fleet maintenance metrics for 1.1K vehicles. Invested in areas largest critical relationships between branches and key accounts. Devised sales/service plans and forecasting for achieving revenue goals quarterly with upper management.
