Action Auction and Realty Co. is a full service auction company located in Radcliff, KY. Founded in 1996 by Steve and Doris Walton. Steve has since turned over the reins to Eddie Panknin who is the new owner/operator/Principal Auctioneer of Action Auction and Realty Co. As a weekly auction house, we now conduct on site auctions of estates, commercial, farm and residential real estate as well as liquidations and personal property. Our supporting staff consists of Principal Auctioneers, Apprentice Auctioneers, Real Estate agents and clerical staff that enable us to conduct multiple auctions simultaneously when necessary.
