I enjoy being a part of a growing organization. Part of my passion is comprised of finding and maintaining the right people for the team. The right people have good roots to draw from but are not afraid to upgrade themselves. Nothing is more exciting than an emotionally great opportunity that has the proforma to substantiate it.
