I have worked in kitchens since the age of 13. started out as a porter in a restaurant. u went to tourism college killybegs, spent 2 years there got my papers, worked in a local hotel establishment 17 years. I now work in a restaurant in donegal town I am there 7 years. I am also with the noel group which I hope to get into the hse. I have done chef aid during the covid, worked in few local hospitals and homes .
