Have worked on numerous brands within the Newell portfolio in a team-orientatedand collaborative atmosphere; alongside other design disciplines. Workwith cross-functioning partners, PMOs, packaging, brand, R&D, and sourcingas part of the Home Fragrance business unit to ensure projects are on trackand provide quick solutions if problems arise. Lead group and team discussions,as well as design reviews with marketing and brand teams.

In a fast-paced environment, I worked on various print projects, large and small, for a wide range of consumer products including, lawn and garden, power tools, auto industry, and outdoor power equipment. I coordinated with outside vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Within a team and individually, designed, produced, and set the creative tone for numerous communication pieces for internal and external audiences. Worked directly with vendors to create in-store POP and merchandise displays that were carried into major retailers.

Spearheaded the redesign and rebranding of Black+Decker home appliance packaging while working closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence on shelf across multiple platforms of Black+Decker. Also worked on other big name brands such as George Foreman and Remington.
