I created a systemthat helped me record the stock easier, this system was made on Microsoft Excel. Anothersystem that I created was also on Microsoft Excel, this system helped me manage theprospects. I also made a system that would help me and anyone else that needed it, thissystem will help me send out birthday emails which would advertise to other parents.Another responsibility that I took on was to train the person who was taking over my positionand getting her ready for when I leave, this consisted of: building a starter guide and taking herthrough it step by step.
