Eddie Staub is the Founder and Executive Director for Eagle Ranch, one of the Southeast’s largest residential children’s programs for families in crisis. Since its inception in 1985, Staub has faithfully led Eagle Ranch to become one of the most respected programs for at-risk children in the country. His motivation for starting Eagle Ranch was twofold: First, that Eagle Ranch would be a tangible expression of God’s goodness and power in this world. Secondly, that the Ranch’s mission would enable the organization’s staff to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those who struggle.Staub is a strategic and focused individual with a passion for helping children and families in crisis. Sensitive to serving the community, he remains highly adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the community so that Eagle Ranch is better able to serve children and families.
