As part of the Performance Services team, produced a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) performance statement for each ‘Debt Manager’ (DM) version, Fair Isaac’s industry leading Collections and Recoveries software solution. This statement included results of all batch and online performance tests, hardware and software specifications and network topology. A summary backup was also produced, containing performance metrics and general analysis of the load test environment.This report was then available to be used in future sales negotiations within the business.Developed, maintained and executed LoadRunner scenarios against all variants of the supported DM product line. Using either IBM’s WebSphere or BEA’s WebLogic Application Server, the J2EE web application was deployed and tested against the following variants: Solaris/Oracle, AIX/Oracle, iSeries/DB2, zSeries/DB2 and Windows/SQL Server.Undertook a performance benchmark of the DM web product against the Solaris/Oracle platform, using BEA’s WebLogic Application Server. A 75GB, 1 million account database configured for 1000 users, working a range of functionality within 5 LoadRunner test scripts. Managed the Collector Statistics functional enhancement using an agile development project methodology, with the UNIX/Oracle batch element tested first, followed by web online and client server components. Upon integration, a full system test to prove compliance with business requirements was conducted.
