Over the last 4 years I have been involved in a number of change 'interventions' and am now in a position where I can equip people to use method which allow them to:1) Understand the performance of the current system and why it is like that2) Establish the true purpose of the system from a customers point of view which is essential if the people doing the work are to challenge themselves on what they do and how they do it.3) Change the way people think about the design and management of work, which we need to do as you cannot solve a problem (work systems full of waste and things that add no value to the customer) with the same thinking that created it. It is thinking that influence the design of systems and these systems govern performance4) Understand what is possible by establishing the things that add value to the customer in achievement of purpose and designing a system that only undertakes this activity (much harder than it sounds)Specialties: Change Management (Thinking and process)
