- Managing a team of over 110 installers, 2 Managers and 4 Team Leaders. - Scheduling up to 200 jobs (deliveries and installations) daily across 40-50 vans and 80 – 100 installers/fitters. Efficient scheduling to reduce cost - Engaging with all staff members, implementing problem solving and improvement activities through structured 1-1 performance reviews on a weekly and monthly basis. Setting SMART objectives and holding individuals accountable - Maintain onboarding, induction and general training and development of the teams. - information on metrics such as: Safety, DPO, Damages, Loading errors, finance & efficiency. - Identify problems in operations and work with relevant stake holders to resolve any issues - Working with relevant departments to plan for the company’s peak periods

Beckton

- Supervising teams on site to make sure all installs are carried out to a high standard - Installing show properties for large building developers - Loading, delivering and installing furniture anywhere between 5 – 10 jobs a day throughout London
