Scrum Master• Coach and mentor to teams on adoption and improving agile methods, practice, and principles.• Liaise with developers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines• Remove team impediments to allow the team to deliver on their Sprint Goals helping with WIP and making sure the team does not overload or work overtime.• Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Release Planning events.• Work closely with the Business/Product Owners and End Users to understand the requirement and guide the team to convert those requirements into a product backlog.• Coordinate with other teams using Jira software to continuously improve communication and relationship with other teams and frequently represent team in Scrum of Scrum (SoS).• Partner with development and cross-functional teams to define Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment strategy using lean agile metrics improving workflow.• Identify blockers/impediments in the way of the teams’ progress and removing them• Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos/Reviews and Backlog Refinement, • Coach and mentor other Scrum Masters on our program team.
