- Develop new or modify existing marketing materials to be used with business leaders in targeted industries- Align with the Statewide Business Development Services Team in marketing collateral- Assemble consortia made up of business leaders in targeted industries and sub-sectors- Educate business leaders in the targeted industries about the benefits of working with the workforce development system using the marketing materials, How to use the workforce system, Labor exchange and qualified referrals- Talent development in areas that require vocational certificates, associate degrees or post-baccalaureate certificates- Annually assess current, short- and medium-term needs in targeted industries for skilled workers- Annually surveys local labor market (Denver Metro Area) and determines, in conjunction with sister workforce regions, if new industries should be targeted, or existing industries cease to be targeted- Creates industry profiles, career laddersIdentifies training programs that address short- and medium-term needs- Designates targeted occupations in which training most benefits targeted industries- Obtains ongoing feedback from businesses about the quality of the various training programs, and acts in partnership with training vendors to keep curriculum current- Obtains ongoing feedback about overall quality of services to businesses in targeted industries and uses information to drive process improvements - Identifies and sets up internship and apprenticeship opportunities for pending graduates from training programs through new and existing programs (HIRE)- Identify opportunities to address needs of incumbent workersCreate reporting mechanisms and process improvement loop

- Responsible for assistance with activities of daily living, including self-care, therapeutic activity, productive activity, community integration and transportation. - Assist physical therapy sessions with multiple clients at all levels of mobility. - Implement nutritional guidelines in parallel to physical exercise programs. - Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. - Experience in brain injury services, healthcare, social work and psychology is displayed.

- Managed daily operations of a treatment unit housing 12-15 boys ages 10-18- Managed scheduling and hours of 4 staff- Provides outreach/education/prevention services to the local community, schools, groups, and agencies as necessary and as approved by management staff.- Provides crisis intervention/management, generating referrals to agency or external mental health providers or other service providers, as indicated.- Conducts facility/safety runs and room checks as assigned to visually assess clients for the use of alcohol/ drugs or the environment of care for unsafe conditions- Ensures the maintenance of accurate, complete, timely and high quality client records that comply with external regulatory standards and agency policy and procedure- Responsible for managing a total of $3000 monthly budget.- Assisted in all aspects of program design, development, implementation and evaluation with youth's therapeutic treatment.
