• Lead QC team for PP meeting, inline inspection and final inspection, set up QC process and Inspection Center procedure;• Proactively communicate with each buyer's department in the UK, and assist domestic agency/manufacturers to prepare for technical capacity according to their development/ sourcing plan.;• Response for Supplier Technical Audit, CAP set up and follow up;• Support UK technical team for sample development and fitting audit before sample submit;• Response for fabric development; risk assessment and Kids Product Safety review;• Update latest National GB standard to UK team; Support to Retail dept for Care Instructions/ Labeling for use of textiles and apparel;• Support for UK Bag Fast Fashion trip such as risk assessment during buy meeting;• Lead for Qualified Zip & Metal trim suppliers audit and QMS improvement;

• Lead North China QA team for initial audit; inline inspection and fianl inspection; Set up CAPAR for supplier quality issues;• Lead Garment Technician Team for develop sample and PP sample audit and approval, Set up PP meeting ensure Bulk production can meet approved sample quality standard;• Lead Fabric Team control the quality of material and trims, tracking and review all testing report (Euro STD and GB STD); Set up ITS as 3rd party Lab with new Testing Matrix, combine testing code of GB & ISO to save the cost and shortage the leading time; • Lead Colorist team for color assessment and approval;• Response for GB testing marketing issues;• Analysis above 4 team working performance and Suppliers Performance; • Develop new fabric & styles and carry out Risk Assessment for PD team;• Factory Quality Management System Audit and CAP follow up;

• Evaluated Supplier QMS;• Work together with PM; SBE team for new product sample develop and process running (EVT…)• Set up SIP with team and Suppliers • Data Analysis and find out the root cause of quality issue

• Garment suppliers quality management system evaluation;• Develop sample/fit sample/Pre-production sample/ Rack Sample audit & approval;• PP meeting & pilot run audit;• Kids wear product safety evaluation;• Risk assessment

Responsible for Supplier Quality Evaluation/ Product Safety Evaluation;• Develop new technology samples with supplier in field;• Set up Nike Prevention System (Development Procedure; FMEA; MQP & FCA) in field;• Help NIKE vertical supplier Lean Manufactory System; • Responsible for issue root cause with Supplier and Vendor;• Lead Field Auditor team for monthly audit plan and Action plan follow up.• Coordinate with Retail dept for GB testing issues from marketing

• Responsible for RGV (Recommended Garment Vender) Certification; • VIU (Value in use) training for Dupont Supplier Chain. • Responsible for help Brands develop new styles with new fiber/ performance fabrics.
