- Joint development with ODM customer in WiMAX USB dongle/Express card product using Intel WiMAX chipset solution and worked with Intel Israel R&D team to manage technical issues.- Developed WiMAX PCMCIA card using Beceem solution. Design and development of software simulator making WiMAX Connection Manager can be running and debugging without real WiMAX card and base station.- Strong knowledge in WiMAX 802.16e MAC layer. Hands-on experience with Vector Signal Generators/Analyzers, 802.16d Base/Subscriber Stations.

- Engineering Project Manager Led 3 i-mode feature-phone development projects running for more than 2.5 years and shipped exceeded 1.5 million units to NEC global i-mode market (Euro and Taiwan).- CMMI Program Implementation (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Built and defined organizational software development process on “Project Planning” & “Project Monitoring and Control” process areas from scratch, acted as an EPG (Engineering Process Group) to lead and manage all activities to get CMMI Level 2 Certification.- S/W Team Leader (Feature-phone development) Led an S/W team to implement ACCESS step2 i-mode solution on TTPCOM platform and got DoCoMo approval within 8 months. We were the first ODM to get DoCoMo approval on i-mode global market.- Senior S/W Engineer Ported and maintained Magic4 MMS solution on TTPCOM/ADI platform. Ported and maintained ACCESS i-mode solution on TTPCOM/ADI platform. Development and implementation of Windows Mobile driver on Qualcomm 7200 solution.
