I helped design, implement and manage the nationwide college recruitment strategy and internship program for this start-up tax consulting firm. In addition, I focused on improving internal processes pertaining to performance management, employee relations, and benefit administration.

I assisted the General Counsel's Office by performing legal research, analyzing case records and drafting orders after decisions were rendered by the Human Rights Commissioners. Further, I helped guide the Commissioners through the Illinois Human Rights Act for appeals involving alleged civil rights violations in employment, real estate transactions, financial credit, public accommodations, and education.
